PA Global – Members’ Compass Seminar
The Members’ Compass is the foundational governance document of PA Global and forms Component I of the Roadmap to Excellence (R2E). It establishes the responsibilities, privileges, and conduct expected from every Member Firm operating under the PA Global brand.
More than a set of rules, the Compass is the practical guide that governs how we collaborate as a unified yet diverse international network. It applies to:
- All PA Global Member Firms and their affiliates
- Partners, principals, professionals, and staff representing the PA Global name
- Network-level committees, shared service teams, and taskforces
The Compass outlines standards on membership behavior, coordination expectations, rights and obligations, governance alignment, and the values that define us: Excellence, Precision, and Reliability.
Overall, the Compass expresses who we are as a network: values-driven, quality-aligned, and strategically coordinated. Senior leaders must understand it clearly and ensure that it is communicated, embedded, and lived within their firms.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Explain the purpose and scope of the Members’ Compass within the PA Global governance ecosystem.
- Understand the rights, obligations, and accountability mechanisms applicable to all Member Firms.
- Apply the Compass principles in decision-making, network collaboration, and cross-border engagements.
- Align firm-level behavior and operations with PA Global expectations, standards, and shared values.
- Identify and manage situations requiring documentation or reporting to PA Global (e.g., conflicts, deviations from standards, governance concerns).
